The Simple Version

Beta Mixer doesn't collect, store, or share any of your personal information. Everything happens on your device and stays on your device. We can't see what you're doing because we're not looking.

What Information We Collect

None. Zero. Zilch.

We don't collect:

• Your name, email, or contact information

• Your location

• Your climbing data or session history

• Your device information

• Your usage patterns

• Anything else about you

What Stays On Your Device

When you use Beta Mixer, these things are stored locally on your device only:

• Your color palette preferences

• Your body part selection settings

• Your accessibility preferences (colorblind mode, reduce motion, text-to-speech)

• Your auto-spin interval choice

This data never leaves your device. If you delete the app, it's gone forever. We have no way to recover it because we never had it in the first place.

Third-Party Services

We don't use any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking services.

The only third party involved is Apple, through the App Store. When you download our app, Apple may collect information according to their own privacy policy. We don't have access to that information.

In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

If we add premium themes or other purchasable elements in the future, Apple processes those purchases. We don't see your payment information. Apple may share basic transaction information with us (like "someone bought a theme") but nothing that identifies you personally.

Children's Privacy

Beta Mixer is safe for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any information from anyone, we don't collect information from children either.

Changes to This Policy

If we ever change how we handle privacy (spoiler: we won't), we'll update this policy and the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the app means you accept any changes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Use the app without giving us any personal information (because we don't ask for any)

• Delete all your app data by simply deleting the app
