HEY!

I coach youth mountain biking and have helped administer other teams. As a parent I’ve used a range of sports platforms because every team has its own platform, its own group chat, its own calendar to sync. None of the systems really work well so I built the thing I wanted. Coach's tools that make the coach's day easier. A family view that shows all your kids and all their activities, in one place. And a business model that means the app doesn't charge families for something they have to use. The app is in a build and testing phase, looking to release in 2027.

Threaded Experience

Hey solves the problem of multiple calendars in different locations by threading all team events into one experience. See all events for all your family members together on a single calendar. Easily mark attendance, sort by player or team, and it works with multiple people sharing the calendar.

Clear Communication

Practice moved to 6, and forty replies buried it. Someone's parent didn't see the notification. Two families show up at the old field. And that's just one team, most families are juggling many.

Coaches can post a message or alert and it goes to a feed where it can't be buried under replies. Priority alerts stay in the feed for late arrivers. Every event has all the info, you need from locations and attendance to volunteer needs.

Easy Volunteering

Snack signup, ride share, and field cleanup live on the event itself, not a separate site nobody can find.

  • One tap to claim. No new account, no link in an old email or text.

  • Guardians can claim for their kid.

  • Everyone sees what's still open — no more "did anyone bring the oranges?" texts the morning of.
